HWBETS...********** or ***********?

Exactly a week ago, today, I loaded a R30 1voucher on my hwbets account, on my 3rd spin I won R801.00. I exited the game to make a withdrawal...and suddenly there was no money reflecting in my hwbets account. So here I am still trying to get hwbsupport to sort out my issue, but nothing happens, no correspondence, no phonecall...just nothing
