HW just canceled my account and won't refund my money

I had an available balance on this sites account, suddenly the account was deactivated. I tried logging in again and it says Client no longer active. This happened 3 weeks ago, I called customer service and they advised I'm under audit and must provide 3 months bank statement which I did But they refuse to reimburse my money or reactivate so I can withdraw my money.

The usual response from you Hollywoodbets and with no resolution. It's been 3 weeks of excuses. I want this resolved today otherwise I am reporting you to the Ombudsman and Gambling Board!!!!
