How hollywoodbets tried to rob me

Client no longer active I was playing on hollywood bets an then suddenly i was logged out, when attempting to login again it says 'client no longer active' i called hollywood bets an i was told an i was told my account is under audit because my brother made an online deposit using his absa bank card on my hollywood account,so they asked me to produce a selfie holding my id book under my chin along with my brothers bank statement stating that the amount was paid from his absa bank account into that specific hollywood account an also a affidavit from the poilice station.. after sending through all documents then they said my account should accessible within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been 3weeks an my account still says client no longer active an locked.. every time i phone or go to the hollywood branch they tell me the same thing ' PLEASE NOTE WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACK FROM THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENT ' its becoming frustrating because i have alot of money in that hollywood account which i cant access an now i have to beg an borrow to continue with my daily life.. its really really sad, all i want hollywood to do is speed up the process so i can withdraw my money... why does hollywood does this to us??? we lose 99 percent of the time an when we do win,we get ******
