How do active my Hollywood bets account
Hi i have been having problems with withdrawing my winnings from Hollywood bets the asked for my fica documents and i sent them but i keep getting messages that i will receive an SMS once my account has been activated

Please note the documents you sent us cannot be used. Your ID was in black and white and the Proof of Residence is invalid.
Please submit a colour photograph of your ID document, or both sides of your Smart ID card.
Please submit a proof of residence that is not older than 3 months (it must show the date), has your name and residential address (not PO Box).
Please resend this to us on *** . I will then pass it onto our team.
