Horrible service

On the 27th I played lighting gorilla 2 , betting R15 a spin won some lost some but once a feature triggered the game froze , I went out , refreshed tried different browser and nothing worked. Live Chat advised that game is working and I should clear cache and retry which also failed. The next day after constantly following up they advised they will refer to support department for feedback. It's been almost a week and since then the game has been removed from the site and im still waiting for feedback from this relevant department.

It's been a week and every agent is telling me up to 4 hours! Their 4 hours is probably a different form of time from mine. I feel like im getting ****** in broad daylight. ***4
