Horrible service altogether

So having bad reputation seems to be one of your top awesome things cause winning and getting our winnings isn't one of it that's for sure! After winning I did an EFT and was advised that it will take 24-48 hours now that it has past I login your website to chat to sanelisiwe who decided to just ignore my chat all together which is a horrible customer service I then went to Facebook and inbox your page Stanley was so unhelpful gosh people you hire anyway told me that I need to visit one of your branches why would I do such a thing? Firstly I don't have time secondly all I'm asking is my money when we lose y'all take our money and now that we won that little you refuse with it I want my winnings please it's been over 48hours also don't call me
