Horrible Service!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible service from Hollywood Bets! I've made a withdrawal on the 13 June 2022, usually the funds are in my account the same night or very next day. But however, it's now been 9 DAYS to date... With no money. I've called in numerous of times, with their call centre agents stating that the withdrawal is complete and the money will be in my account in 24hrs. Waited for 24hrs, with NOTHING! I then called in again, agent says that my money will be reserved into my account within an hour's time cos it has been a problem on their side and it was a technical error. Here again! Absolutely nothing... Been their customer for such a long time and here Hollywood Bets makes me run around in circles. With such lies from their staff!!! Such horrible service, with no help!!!!
