Horrible service

Service is pathetic. I made a withdrawal the 23rd at about 00:33 It was rejected by the bank. I was told to wait 24 hours which I did but still no money reflecting in my acc. This morning after 1 I chatted to a consultant and was advised to wait another 4 hours. 10 hours later I was advised the query was escalated only this morning and I should wait another 24 hours. I asked to speak to someone higher then her and she rather told me there's no one available.when I got a little upset she told me to watch my tone and then cut me off just like that. While I was still typing a message. I am so furious and feel like going somewhere else and cancel my account.
