Horrible service

I've had enough of Hollywoodbets today. I have deposited 2 times of which was R200 each last night and they didn't credit my account since. I tried to call them but they have this thing on their answering machine saying "Please note we are currently experiencing high call volume". The whole day I'm holding the line and nobody answers. I've tried all their contact channels except one which was their live chat and I also had to wait for about 30mins. Eventually I got to chat to Ayanda Maphumulo and she was very helpful. She even called me to say that she had forwarded my proof of payments to deposit department, but it seems like there is no one in that department. I'm very frustrated by their service as I am still waiting for them to credit my account.
