Horrible Hollywood bets

This soccer cash out thing is a ****, hollywood bets only give that option when it suits them!! Yesterday the cash out option was available on my bet and after ****nal win yesterday evening, it isn't more available and there isn't any games playing.. I talked to a person on live chat but that people are more useless than anything.
