Horrible

My account has been closed and every time I try to log in it says client not active , it's been over a month now and I was told it would be sorted out in 24- 48 hours ,it's been too long now and eveytime I send an email it's the same copy and paste response of your account is "under audit " , I haven't used hollywoodbets in a while I've been on betway ( which is 100 times better )and once I decide to start using thier site when they were having a deposit bonus they lock my account with my money , They give you no ETA no CLEAR FEEDBACK nothing , I wouldn't trust this site at all ,no wonder they are rated so low on the trust index because they think they can keep ahold of your money trying to audit your account and waste people's time along with withholding your own money . Imagine such a huge company taking over a month and a half to do an "account review " when promising to do it within 24- 48 hours ,disgraceful.
