Horrible experience from hollywoodbets

What a very poor and horrible service I have received from Hollywood bets, I would never reccoment Hollywoodbets to any of my friend or family, here is my story

I have made a withdrawal of R1000 on the 26th of Nov 2021,the following day I made the other of R300, after two days they paid the one for less amount which is R300, after a day I called them in they told me that their turn around time for payment is 48 hrs, I then gave them two more days to pay my winning they failed, I sent a mail on the 4th of December asking what's holding the payment, they told me that the payment had been processed, they further asked if I can send them my back statement to prove that the money was never deposited into my account, I did send that statement, after receiving that statement they went AWOL on me, when I send email I no longer get responses
