Horrible customer services

I have been playing on this platform for sometime now playing up until I had a enquire which I have requested feedback for over a month. I have been playing on the aviation game and was winning for the first time in a while on cashing out for a amount of R375 and more on the other had the error something is wrong and then bad requested. When enquiring with the ticket numbers and chatting to number of agents they give me a no request and just leave my request as they say no responds have some of the chats. Horrible customer service and bad business ethics if queries can't be resolved no one goes the extra mile or put in the effort to assist.
