Hollywood truly has one of the WORST customer service experience I have ever came upon. A week back I wrote telling them I can't withdraw my cash and they told me to send them my FICA( which I already did a thousand times), Then I get an SMS telling me I can now proceed to withdraw my cash. After that I get an SMS telling me I should send them a selfie with ID, still I send them again my selfie with ID but nothing, my withdrawals keeps bouncing back to my account when I try to withdraw. Your service is ********** to say the least.
