HolywoodBets poor Customer service
I play holywood scratchcards daily and I have two games I play on a regular basis. About a month ago I have received errors when loading the games and complained on live chat and email and also wasted my airtime telephonically. The reference I was given is #***4 and its been a month of nothing. All they say is tell me to logout and refresh my browser cache or use a new device or a new URL which all doesnt work and well for them thats that. I mean why care about one customer when u have thousands right? Poor customer service indeed. Issue has been escalted to their developers for weeks and still nothing except a repeat of refresh browser and the other bull. I have lost thousands because I am now playing games I am not used to

Cops and ******s now nolonger works and neither does ocean fortune
Can holywood bets please do something about this once and for all. I have never experienced such poor customer service. Thousands of instant messages complaining about same issue? emails telephone? what more do i need to do? Issue is on the back-end so please resolve before I lose my final marble...goshh!!

I have the same error on 4 games of scratch cards now. You couldnt resolve the first one for 2 months and they keep adding up. I have lost thousands like this because i have to play games im not comfortable with. What is happening here guys????
