Hollywood's are delaying my payments and ripped me off

I'm very disappointed in the services provided by Hollywood bets. I made 2 deposits into my Hollywood account, the bonuses are reflecting but my deposits aren't which makes absolutely no sense to me. I did a withdrawal off a large amount which was declined twice and the third time its says pending. Normal when I did a withdrawal it reflected same time but now it's taking days. Terrible service guys, yourl need to improve your customer services. Your staff is absolutely **** and yourl need to replace them. The verulam branch sucks.... the staff is in their own world and getting paid to fool around. They refused to help and told me call the call center. Wake up guys
