Hollywoodb....pathetic.

This company is falling apart. Their customer service sucks. I had numerous issues where people said "They escalated" the matter and had no feedback.

Again yesterday I deposited money and attempted to use one of the games. The game did not work but money disappeared without even making any valid bets. No money was refunded. Attempting to contact them does not get you anywhere. The chat service is s**** as well. The system says a person will be with you in 24 minutes, 30 minutes later I am still sitting waiting like a ****** for someone to respond. If you leave the chat, no one will respond.

They need to refund my money NOW so I can close my account and move to a place where the systems are stable and money money won't be ******.
