I never get hold of a consultant via the live chat, emails just receive an automated response and when calling you have to wait 20min before being told to email documents that you've already emailed. THEN I have to wait another 24hrs before my money hopefully reflects in my account. I find it ridiculous that I have to prove to their consultants that I should get my own money back when this should all be recorded on their system! Cherry on top, they refuse to pay it back to your bank account and insist on crediting your account after days of struggling! No wonder people shop for other casinos.
