Hollywoodbets.net seems to be very selfish!

PATHETIC!!!! I've loaded my OTT voucher to Hollywood who states that is is invalid... I then contact them regarding and in return I'm told 'we're having technical difficulties regarding vouchers'. I can understand the above issue but when I try using that same voucher on another site, it shows the voucher has already been used. SO PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME HOLLYWOODBETS... how can you not load my funds to my account but yet, I can't use it on another site??? This is called *****ING!
