I made 2 deposits via bank to bank on Friday /Saturday of R100 each. These don't reflect in my Hollywood account. I tried by phone on Saturday to correct the situation but was met with a Stonewall. What I mean by that is produce proof of payment. When asked how to do that things deterioted. I tried thru Bluff branch on Sunday. After 2.5 hours told to produce bank statement. Went today with statement : told to produce proof of payment. I've already spent more than I'm trying to retrieve. What can I do?
