These people will **** you. The consultants are trained to always say that they will escalate the issue. It's been 2 weeks, I requested a withdrawal, they logged 3 references and still always say they will ask the manager. I requested a withdrawal, the absa atm didn't dispense, I asked for voucher resend, they always say it will take 48hrs
