I was playing one of their games...it's called "Aviator". There was a problem regarding the cash out option when you bet..it's called the "multipler"...it's like the system was hanging and when you cash out it shows you cash out but then it switched to something like "stage time out"..then you lose your bet/cash. I phoned the call center and I told the person what happened then the agent told me they can't refund me because their system is overloading when people are playing..so I asked her how can that be..you guys know that there will be a lot of people playing Hollywood Bets because the company is advertising all over so they must have a big server to handle the game play and people doing Bets...then she kept quiet for a while then she told me the problem is on my side...I was so disappointed it this because it shows you they just want money and don't take care of their clients...I lost R2400....and some people are playing R5000 at a time...how can they just leave people with that kinda info...it's pathetic and I'll give my 2cent to anyone playing on this **** gambling site.
