My husband won a soccer ticket on hollywoodbets on his mobile , all soccer teams won and it had already been paid out on his mobile an amount of R6500..00. By our suprises when he gets to hollywoodbets kempton park to collect his winnings, he was told that it was system error., that actually 1team had lost. And his winnings was reversed.

What I dont understand is whose behind this system that makes errors? Y must we pay for someone else's error? How many times did we win and due to this system error we lost? Why introduce mobile bets if there is an error like this.

We have lost lots of money playing hoping 1day we will win, finally when that day came , only to be told that is system error? It is really a day light *******.

This is totally unacceptable.
