Hollywoodbets worst service in Industry

I have been trying to solve a query for more than a month. Tried the chatbot on the online site but wait for more than an hour sometimes and not connected. Sent numerous emails to the helpline only to get an automated response asking me to submit the complaint over and over again. Phoned the helpline a few times and after a very long time which I had to pay for airtime and every time the consultant assured me that the issue will be resolved. This complaint is about 2 withdrawals that I made on the 03 January 2023 and haven't received the funds yet. It was by far the most frustrating process that I have ever experienced and because I am not someone that complains a lot this was/is very traumatic for me to try and get MY money. I am at my wits end to try and resolve and to add insult to injury there is another withdrawal that I haven't received in the time I am trying to sort this issue out. I have tried all avenues that Hollywoodbets provide to solve the issue but alas nothing nothing nothing.
