I've been trying to resolve issues with Spina Zonke games for weeks, but Hollywoodbets' customer support has been unresponsive and unhelpful. I've lost an estimated R500 in credit due to their system's failures, and they've failed to take responsibility or provide a satisfactory resolution.

The lack of accountability and transparency is staggering. It's clear that Hollywoodbets prioritizes profits over customer satisfaction.

I urge others to think twice before investing their time and money with Hollywoodbets. The hassle and frustration are not worth it. Save yourself the trouble and explore alternative options. They have admitted that there is an ongoing problem . I was promised to be given urgent assistance and that that missing credits would be returned . That was 2 weeks ago. Its strange that they wouldn't even offer any gesture . Not even R100 to resolve the issue. nevermind expecting the actual amounts.
