Hollywoodbets worst customer service ever

Hollywoodbets has taken me to pillar and post regarding a 1 voucher that l purchased from pep store of 200r . The voucher says invalid l called them and they advised that the the voucher was redeemed and loaded in my account but to date it is not reflecting when l call them they tell me they will call me back but have not received any call .
