Hollywoodbets Withdrawal ****

I'm fed up to the core with hollywoodbets sports betting company their complete ****, infact they are *****, so this weekend Saturday 11 February 2023 @15:50 I've done a standard bank instant money withdrawal of R1100, my withdrawal complete successfully and i was supposed to receive a sms with the withdrawal voucher number and pin but no hollywoodbets didn't send me the sms with the voucher pin for withdrawal, i then went back on their website to chat to one of their consultant and you wait hours before you actually get to chat to one of their consultant, okay got hold of one by the name Chad Sylvester after waiting an hour to get through to their chat service, i explained everything to him, he told me he forwarded my withdrawal query to their withdrawals department i should wait 24hrs to 48hrs for feedback and it's now pass 48hrs still no sign of feedback and no sms received as to this day, now when i go back to my hollywoodbets account to check again the status of my withdrawal request it's now saying pending from complete to pending clearly i won't be getting my money anytime soon and I'm a client with hollywoodbets for over 9years i bet daily the amount of money i spend with hollywoodbets is a lot to be treated this way, so i would like to expose them for this **** they are keeping my money for no reason, i feel so angry i tried calling them their withdrawal department call centre agent hung up on me without even helping me with my query, this is the reference number i got from the chat i had with Chad Sylvester yesterday #***5 my contact number is *** please contact me asap i need my money hollywoodbets today.😡😡🤬😡
