Hollywoodbets-Withdrawal not reflecting

I made a withdrawal on 30 October 2025 and up till now I still haven't received my funds. Every time I call in to find out what's going on, they say send an email and they will get back to me. No one has got back to up till now. Usually, we get proof off payment on email but I didn't even receive that. What's going on Hollywoodbets, very fast to take my money but not offer no assistance when money is not reflecting on my account. Disappointed customer.
