After winning a small amount R500 more than a year ago, i am unable to log into my account. I didnt even request a withdrawal. My account was suspended. I have sent emails and messages with little help. I was asked to resubmit fica, proof of residense, which i did. and then selfie. But now i am faced with unable to log in client pin or password invalid. I am unable to change password. Forgot password doesn't work. The software running the apps is unresponsive. I have screenshots of my account with funds. I have account betting account with tab online and other betting agents with no issues. If i am unable to resolve issure, My next step will be report to gambling board for **** website.
