HOLLYWOODBETS WITHDRAWAL DEPARTMENT NIGHTMARE

On Thursday the 18th of November 2021,i did an instant money Cash of R600.00,Okay did the follow up Friday Morning and i was told there an investigation on their side for withdrawals that took place from the 16 until the 18th.I was surprised because usually they always notify us of any glitch on their side, to cut the story short, nothing happened on Friday , Saturday i phoned again , a lady called NONTOBEKO K responded to my email saying everything was sorted but nothing received(Voucher and Pin), Sunday i did the same thing , SNENHLANHLA promised that after 2 hours everything will be okay , still Nothing , Today as well a guy told me the investigation was over and that by 12h00 noon i would sorted, still Nothing , I am so so disappointed in Hollywoodbets. They promised that someone who call me and assist still now , no assistance , no sure if they cannot handle us anymore or more training is needed to their employees.
