Hollywoodbets Withdrawal Challenges

I am failing to make a withdrawal since Sunday Saturday 1 April, when I try making the withdrawal it says bank details do not meet KYC standards. A consultant said I should send copy bank statements and the problem should be sorted within 2 hrs. I submitted the bank statement on Sunday 2 April 2023 (Request ID ***2) but up to now I am still nothing has been sorted and noone from hollywoodbets has contacted me. I am following up on daily basis but to no avail.
