Hollywoodbets withdrawal

I have Made a withdrawal on 31 of March via absa cash send, until today i haven't received my money I have enquired with different consultants over chats all of a sudden they just ignore me without telling me what is happening and stop responding to anything that I ask . I have sent emails and I receive only that automated response that "your request has been updated" all the time. It has been two weeks now. I have never experienced this kind service in my life this is too bad, iam asking myself if is this how everyone operates.... Their consultants are very rude with no intention to help. 😒
