HOLLYWOODBETS WHY YOU WITHOLDING OUR MONEY

Good day, I don't know anymore, I am been given the run around literally for my own money, that I FNB E walleted to myself on the 6th of January 2024. I requested that I needed to do a reversal the next day, where the money goes back into my Hollywoodbets account. As I had to change cell phone numbers. I was told to wait 3-5 days for the money and I would also have to pay the reversal fee, I agreed to it. It has been more than a week and I'm still waiting, everyday I get told a different story and I don't know what to believe anymore. I am phoning, emailing Hollywoodbets but no response.. This is the service I am receiving and I'm not happy at all. Below is all my screenshot from chats with Hollywoodbets agent.. Whereby I'm told first 3-5 days then 5-7 days then 24-48 hours.. Story after story.. The latest is I need to wait 5-7 days again.
