I've problem with hollywoodbets I made withdraw on 14/11/2021 from their website to tyme bank, but am not receiving any cash from them. I made follow up with them, and they said they paid tyme bank but problem is tyme bank. then i ask statement from tyme bank and they provided me with bank statement and no deposite from hollywood.

My problem is why hollywood said they cant provide proof of payment or reference for their payment.
