Worst site to play on. When there's a problem you have to wait over 45mins on hold to speak to a consultant and when you send them a email with all details they reply asking for details so are they even reading the email in the first place and then when they finally decide to attend to your issue its days later. Why offer options to contact when we can't even get anyone when we need assistance.
