Hollywoodbets useless customer care
I made a deposit on the 28/08/2026 and I made a mistake with my reference. I tried and still trying to get my deposit ,it's the 13/09/2026 I'm sending proof of payment and getting no enjoy. I so sick and tired of this Hollywoodbets support,can't get assistance from. ******* customer service.

Nokubonga N from Hollywoodbets was assisting me but what a waste of my time. She said log on to FNB app and download it . I went on tried download it said only send and pay again. I explained to her, she response with a similar email and still telling me I must download it ?really is she ok please get proper people with good listening skills to work. Now I must call my bank

Nokubonga N from Hollywoodbets was assisting me but what a waste of my time. She said log on to FNB app and download it . I went on tried download it said only send and pay again.
