Hollywoodbets useless

Hollywoodbets have a cooling of period, on Monday the 11th August, I selected the cooling of period for 3 days, it's already Friday the 15th. When I want to log into my account this morning, it still say cooling of period in effect until Thursday the 14th August, it already the 15th, why is there is option 3 days, but it always took longer??
