HOLLYWOODBETS UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE

My name is Nokuthula Mlotshwa. I deposited an amount of R150 on 25-01-2023 using the PayFast feature but the deposit did not reflect on my Hollywoodbets account. I corresponded with Hollywoodbets and they asked me to furnish them with a proof of payment but up to today they have not reverted back to me and the amount I deposited has still not being credited by Hollywoodbets in my account. Request number (***). I was told my case has been escalated but up to now no feedback has been forthcoming from them.
