I've been trying to make a withdrawal since Monday and got a message that I should send a selfie holding my ID......I did that and made a call to enquire if it's fine and I was told it's fine I can go ahead and make a withdrawal only to get the very same decline for the selfie.....I then called the withdrawal department and I was told everything if fine with my account I should contact the fica department to enquire with them I did that and my call was placed on hold till I ran out of units I stayed on the live chat for more than an hour without any response they no longer reply to my emails
