Hollywoodbets the worst customer service team ever

Hollywoodbets have the worst customer service team ever, its obvious that their head of customer service accepts this pathetic behavior therefore their staff feel nothing to lie to customers and to be rude and downline unhelpful, we are paying their salaries so its clear they couldn't care less about the company which gets the bad name in the end, we can accept that mistakes happen and companies like Hollywoodbets can make errors but whats important is that they have people that can fix these mess ups, but sadly they dont, they have a bunch of unskilled and unprofessional agents that are getting paid to sit around and act busy and then eat Hollywoodbets money at the end of the month, its customers like us that invest heavily then end up frustrated in the end, I have been **** to repeatedly and I have not been contacted by them regarding my ongoing issue.

I honestly feel that they can easily be ranked as the very worst customer service team ever and if there is a global recognition award for poor quality service its a 1 horse race to back a winner on that, Hollywoodbets really needs to unskill their customer services management so they can learn how to do their jobs, this is totally the management fault that their agents are unskilled and do not have proper training and understanding of betting or customer service, dealing with them is so frustrating and time consuming repeatedly saying they same thing to their agents before being cut off again and then you have to keep calling or chatting to someone that has no idea what they are doing.

There needs to be a criteria, how do you employ someone in betting and gaming when they have no idea how it even works, its left to the customer to explain what they should know and they still cant understand simple English.

They will rob you of your winnings, some technical glitches and then they dont know how to fix it so you as a customer now lose your winning and get frustrated without help until you give up, this is how they run their business.

I will not recommend Hollywoodbets to my worst enemy and encourage people to stay away as far as possible from Hollywoodbets, I have signed up with WSB and Playabets and they are amazing, better betting odds in horse racing and no payout issues, they also have a really knowledgeable customer service team that are extremely helpful
