I placed bets on Sunday, 11 Feb 2018 at Dr Yusuf Dadoo St branch for the match between Al Ahly Cairo vs Al Maqawloon (played 12 Feb 2018) and my tickets won R720 + R360.

Upon reaching the payouts desk I was told that the tickets have been cancelled due to errors on system and they will only refund the money I placed bets with. This is unfair and is against consumer rights.

There are no refunds to the losing tickets - meaning that Hollywoodbets is de*****ing consumers.

I want my full winnings and I will be taking this further with my legal representative should I not receive a proper response.
