Hollywoodbets the new ******* of town.

So I purchased a voucher in the 2nd may 2024 the voucher could not redeem.it kept saying please load a valid voucher. After almost a month of doing a follow up . Today the 27th May 2024, the guy on the chat says to me that my feedback came back and said it was redeemed on another account. So me thinking. That on the 2nd may 2024 when I did write to them the guy asked for all my personal info. Next minute almost a month of checking in. A voucher that was not valid acoorsing to hollywood bets, now has been redemmed. I find that strange because days later I found out, that the agent only needs a serial number and not my whole voucher. So today the guy that was helping me refused to hear my story. Said it's nothing he can do ended my chat. I've spoken to their team leaders, at their call centre and they refused to get me any help. So my question is where is justice for this type of theft. Am I supposed to just accept that I've been ****** of my cash. Losing my money is one thing, but *****ing my money is another. If u go on my account u can clearly see that the money was not out into my account and yet I'm complaining. They tell me it's been redeemed after their staff member had my whole voucher. I'm disgusted at the service. Now I know gambling is my own problem it's my fun. But even their games are repetitive and most times does not win what is promised. Yes we play at our own risk that's why it's called gambling. But *****ing from me is not cool. If I am a victim then how many more people are been ****** but this famous Hollywood bets. That sponsors so many things except the people that give them business. How many more people will be ****** via loading a voucher they do every other day and getting ******? Their games do not pay mo matter how high or low u play. We supposed to be quiet cos gambling is wrong. If you say something then u have a gambling problem. But right is right and wrong is wrong. I'm utterly disgusted but hollywood bets. I think it's time to take my business elsewhere seen that I'm not appreciated and got no voice and everything is out of my control. They have loads of competition and it's time for me to test the waters elsewhere.
