I had one of the worst experience in my life dealing with Hollywoodbets employees, they are rude, unprofessional and have no customer service skills. People working at Hollywoodbets ***** money from people's accounts and still have the audacity to undermine us customers.

Today after a long 2 - 3 weeks of calling Hollywoodbets, I get an SMS telling me that R500 was withdrawn from my Hollywoodbets Ewallet and I have an available balance of R150.

When I called Hollywoodbets an employee by the name of SIBONELO was unable to help me. I asked Sibonelo to please check if my Hollywoodbets Ewallet was active, He told me that he was unable to do that.

If employees of Hollywoodbets are unable to help you with simple thing like checking an Ewallet Status, Who Will Help Me?

I'm honestly now tired of going in circles with Hollywoodbets, its clear that my money was ****** by one of the employees of Hollywoodbets and if this matter is not resolved, I will be taking legal action, because I'm not the only person to have this kind of problem with Hollywoodbets.
