Hollywoodbets terrible service

I am very upset with hollywoodbets as on the 14 of January 2023 I deposited R50 from my bank account into my Hollywoodbets account and uphill now it is not reflecting I have sent numerous emails all they say we are working on it and standard bank is having an issue , yet after that I have been putting money and its going through same time , they just don't wanna refund my money even after I have sent through proof of payment . And no1 assisting.
