Hollywoodbets takes your money but no bet placed

I played several tickets now but done do not appear under active yet my money was taken.i went onto the chat and despite giving Nothando all the details she was of no help. When I had Sean assigned to assist me with queries I also got help. Hollywoodbets.net has become so useless, I will definitely consider another betting site if those tickets do not appear and I want my money back for those tickets!!!!
