Hollywoodbets takes forever to pay our winnings

I have made several withdrawals on the 25th of August 2022, till to date I haven't received funds into my account their turn around time of 48 hours has lapsed when I call in they tell me to wait for 48hrs which I did, i sent couple of mails with no luck, kindly assist on this matter
