Midway through the game, I was unjustly removed due to a maintenance message and struggled to reconnect for about a minute. When I finally logged back in, I learned that the winning number was "#28 black," yet my winnings were not credited.

To my astonishment, the game history indicated a result of "#30 red," which falsely suggested I had lost. I promptly submitted a detailed email inquiry, complete with supporting screenshots, but I have now been left without a response for two weeks. My follow-up attempts have resulted only in vague assurances that my case will be escalated, with no further communication from your end. This lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable, and I demand immediate action to resolve this issue.
