Hollywoodbets take forever to pay winners

They have a very bad service when it comes to paying winner,they say their turn around time for a payment is 24hour,sometimes you go fir three days without being paid,since i have made a withdrawal request on the 11th till to date there is no pay in my account,nor a proper explanation as to when will the money be paid..instead their callcentre tell me to send my bank statement so they can see if the money was really never paid,which i did even if it made no sense to me.i lost hope when i call the helpdesk they transfer me from one dept to another
