Hollywoodbets sucks

I have an account with Hollywoodbets, i have monies in there as , we also get a Comrades incentive for completing the race, however this incentive is deposited into your hollywoodbet account, however when i log on, it tells me a selfie verification is needed, i tried a million times but always say no match, i have sent countless emails, calls, FB messages with no help at all, until this date 21/10/20225, trying since 2022, sad.....
