Hollywoodbets SUCKS

I have recently played on hollywoodbets after signing up a while ago. I never bothered fo fica as i never or maybe only ever once played on there. When i recently decided to try hollywoodbets properly for the fist time i won some money. My problem started when I tried to withdraw the money. Its a mission to get fica'd on their self help website service. First the selfie taking procedure wont work. Then when told the alternative option is for them to send sms and to click on the link, the link takes you to a forbidden page. I chatted to a live person only for them to say the same thing that i must go to self service page and take selfie blah blah blah. I mean i just told them that im having a challenge with the self service page. Then i emailed and still unsatisfactory results. Which makes me think that hollywoodbets makes deposting money easy but when it comes to paging out then all of a sudden its a huge problem. I would like this issue resolved soon thanks.
